Makarand Narayan Joshi
Chairman and Managing Director
Mr. Makarand Narayan Joshi is the visionary founder and Chairman & Managing Director of the Company. A Chemical Engineering graduate from the Bombay Technical Board, he brings over 30 years of diverse experience across automotive, construction equipment, agricultural machinery, and consumer appliance components. His leadership has been central to the company’s growth, guiding it from a modest beginning to a reputed industry player known for innovation, quality, and integrity.
Chintamani Gajanan Kale
Whole-Time Director
Mr. Chintamani Kale, a Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering from Indira Gandhi Polytechnic College, has nearly three decades of experience in manufacturing. A key contributor to operational excellence, he has played a pivotal role in enhancing efficiency, streamlining production, and upholding high-quality standards. His deep technical knowledge and pragmatic approach continue to drive the company’s progress.
Madhavi Makarand Joshi
Executive Director
Ms. Madhavi Joshi, Executive Director since October 1, 2009, holds a Bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Pune. With approximately 20 years of management experience, she oversees the overall business operations of the company, ensuring smooth execution of strategic and administrative functions.
Mihir Makarand Joshi

Mr. Mihir Joshi has been serving as Executive Director since June 11, 2020. He holds a B.Sc. (Hons) in Business Management and Law from Kingston University, London. With about 5 years of experience in operational management, he focuses on process optimization, cross-functional coordination, and system-driven efficiency. His structured and compliance-oriented leadership adds a strong strategic dimension to the company.
Vedant Makarand Joshi
Executive Director & Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Vedant Joshi has been Executive Director and CFO since July 11, 2020. He holds a PG Diploma in Banking & Finance from BMCC, Pune, and an M.Sc. in Finance from the University of Bath, England. With around 5 years of experience in financial management, he is instrumental in driving financial discipline, strategic planning, and long-term value creation.
Kedar Balwant Ketkar

Appointed on June 25, 2025, Mr. Kedar Ketkar is an experienced Digital Transformation Advisor with an MBA (Finance & Marketing) from the University of Pune and certifications in TOGAF 10, SAP, and Blockchain. With 28 years of experience (including 26 in SAP ecosystems), he has led global technology initiatives across manufacturing, chemicals, retail, and telecom. His expertise spans SAP S/4HANA, emerging technologies, and enterprise integration.
Prafulla Prabhakar Diwan
Independent Director
Mr. Prafulla Diwan, appointed on June 25, 2025, is a senior strategy and operations expert with over 30 years of experience, primarily in the automotive and engineering sectors. He holds a B.E. in Metallurgy from the University of Pune and a Diploma in Materials Management from IIMM. He has led strategic initiatives including greenfield projects, market expansion, and business development, and currently works as an independent consultant.
Santosh Jagannath Satam

Mr. Santosh Satam joined the Board on June 25, 2025. He holds a Master of Pharmacy and a Diploma in Business Management from the University of Pune. With 23 years of experience, he is an entrepreneur, serving as Partner at Siddhi Gas Agency and Avishkar Agro Technology LLP. He actively engages in social work and has received recognitions from Bharat Petroleum and the Indian Pharmaceutical Trust for his contributions.
